About Us

Community Social Responsibility Education Program

Impact Community and Sports deliver education for all in our community with an opportunity to participate in our society. We deliver quality and well structured social responsibility and life coaching programs. The programs provide Community and clubs with an opportunity to learn skills that will provide long term benefits through utilising specialist in all fields and re-engaging former sporting players and respected community people to assist in our delivery across the range of programs.

We look to educate the community on social values and to assist in the re creation of a society that offers value and respect that is sustainable for all in our community to enjoy, no matter the cultural differences or demographics. We address areas of concern for all of us including, Drugs, Alcohol, Violence, Social well being, Social media and bullying and how we engage with all including the Multicultural community, disadvantaged, less fortunate. We deliver these programs nationally across Australia.

Key to the success of the program is the empowerment of the community so that they are able to take responsibility for their own actions and work with community values to deploy positive outcomes and intervene and support where dysfunctional behaviour is impacting other people's lives. Our education programs set clear standards on acceptable behaviour and educated all on the possible outcomes from digressing from those standards.

As community leaders we have a duty of care when dealing with our young and it is imperative to the program outcomes that we educate those senior people of the community on the importance to lead by example and to understand that their actions would in many cases shape the actions of those around them.

Much has been said around Respect and Responsibility but to improve on this we needed modify other community respect programs and broaden the definition of respect and responsibility so that we targeted the whole community and utilised the power of knowledge mixed with practical examples to reach the community at large.

During 2010 we emphasised that we would approach this as one family with strong values for our community to grow our community so that we can make the right decisions when given the choice.

Impact engaged with only reputable people to deliver these programs and this meant employing well respected sporting and community focussed people who were prepared to speak about real live situations and personal experiences so that all areas of the community were engaged and found our messages believable. They were delivered with honesty and passion that meant strong uptake by those in attendance.

We also recognise that we live in a wonderful environment and there are many more positives than negatives in our life and that we should reinforce the good that we do just as we look to remove the elements that are not conducive to harmonious and friendly community activities.
